I have some bad breakers in my box, i tested them with a light pen i bought at Lowe's Hardware. All i need to do is change individual breaker. Its a Siemen electrical box, and i have to remove the face plate to access it. Is there a wire that i have to connect/disconnect? Is the Main all i have to turn off, to change the below breakers? Do they snap in and out, or do they have to be wired? Thanks in advance.

all you have to do is turn main breaker off...remove all covers off of breaker box some have one some have two...replace one breaker at a time...remove wire from breaker...remove breaker...install new breaker...replace wire...repeat this step by step until you have replaced all bad breakers....turn main breaker back on..check all breakers with tester to make sure they have power...turn main breaker off ...replace covers ...turn main breakers back on..

Switch the MAIN and you are good to go.....However wait a few minutes and use your light pen to Test each and every breaker before removing(important safty precaution). As far as the breakers go, it depends what part of the US you're in as there a few different types of Boxes provided by the Power companies. The majority would require snap tool removal or if you have the appropriate pliars(probably too difficult to pull out by hand) My box requires removal of an additional faceplate within the main breakers therefore allowing me to change breakers one section at a time. Upon removal of the second plate, I can use the removal tool to extract each individual breaker. And no additional wires to deal with. Good Luck....plz make sure someone is aware of what you doing and in constant contact with you until the job is done. Should be a piece of cake.....PS: look for intructions on the Siemen Electric Box user guide or online to to clarify any doubts.

Turn off the main breaker, and check to be sue the power is off. Remove the wire attached to the bad breaker and snap the breaker out. Snap in the new one and replace the wire. turn the main on and check for voltage on the new breaker.
Now turn the power off on the main breaker again and replace the faceplate on the panel. When done, restore the power to the circuits.

Turn off main breaker. Pull out bad breaker, it will just snap out. There is one wire. Unscrew it and put the new one in and snap back in.

It sounds to me you shouldn't be putting your nose in there, at least find someone thats done this before. Hospitals are expensive.
