Is it okay to dream in colour?I've always dreamt in colour.My father says that only mental people dream in colour..

In most reports I've seen people say they dream in both colour and black and white, even both in the same dream.
Which certainly matches my own experience.
Your father may have read this thing about colour in a book or magazine from years ago. We've learned more about how the brain works in the last 10-15 years than we knew in the whole period up until then. So not surprisingly there are still plenty of people around who aren't completely up-to-date.

Well,your father is wrong. I've always dreamt in color too.And I'm sure that plenty of other people do.Maybe dreaming without color is for mental people, has he ever thought about that?

He's messing with you. I always dream in color and I think most people do. I have also had black and white dreams. The ones in color are always so real. You are just fine!

I dream in colour, and in black and white, and in sepia. When I was a child I even dreamed in cartoon-like drawings. I actually find it funny that your farther seems to dream in black and white!

I think practically everyone is capable of, and does, dream in color. I don't know what your father's talking about

mmm. when i was younger i would have dreams that ONLY consisted of colors. now my dreams are usually in color, but sometimes everything is muted except an object or person. that's when it gets fun =]
