in order for me to get good reception on the vonage system, i had to set the bandwidth to medium to low. Now my downloading on my puter is slower?????? do you have any suggestions other than getting a regular phone LOL.

If you have a router check and see if it has qos. QOS will allow you to prioritize your traffic. Thus allowing you to keep your vonage service flowing while surfing the internet, playing games, etc. If you dont have QOS on your router. Hawking sells internet boosters that will do the same thing.

Turn your bandwidth back up and call Vonage. This isn't normal.
