personally i believe it to be one of the most brilliant principles (Occam's razor)
"entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity"

This is the universal principle that all optimal natural structures try to follow. We humans too within our own domains of existence try to do the same, but the problems are encountered when things go beyond just the multiplication of entities, when our necessities start to multiply.

Strictly speaking there is no such thing as entity because nothing can be separated entirely from everything .
