commercials. It sucks when a good part is coming up and than damn a commercial goes on.

A toss-up between television and the mobile phone.
Both are contributing far more to the dumbing down of humanity than they are doing for its education.
Lets rely on radio, cinema, and theatre...
And communication made a little more difficult, so a little more thought has to go into it.
A slightly slower world of slightly better quality information.
(Or am I just a grumpy old man? Not quite a technophobe, as I am here.)
To another answerer, "no taxes" is a possibility, but negotiating personally for all the services I might need would be a real pain. Possibly physically in the case of the military, if they come round asking for wages.

The human brain.create a gene to override all the bad things humans do to each other.Peace on earth not a big thing to ask for,everyone in dispute to get round the table and sort the important things out .ie.famine,war decease to name just a few.

Kettle corn. I hate sweet things that are supposed to be salty. I love popcorn and when I open the bag and take a bite to find it's kettle corn I wanna throw up. I hate cinnamon bagels, and chocolate covered pretzels as well.

Floor tiles, so the people from upstairs would be QUIETER and I could get some sleep for the first time in 2 YEARS!!!!!!!
I hate my neighbours, oh actually I would uninvent neighbours so I wouldn't ever have to have any again!!!

The Telly. Because it's a time eater like the computer. At least with the radio you can just get on with what you need to do.

Personal computers - People have become too independent on them. Brain power goes to waste on unimportant things, kids/adults have become lazier, eat more, ruder, spoiled.
