I'm afraid it is, we have the same problems here in the U.S.A. I can't believe what I read in the paper or see on TV on a daily basis. We had a similiar case to this just recently, truly incredible that the law allows this to go on.

It's going to lead us to a lot of innocent, well-meaning people in prison.
My sons and their friends say "gay" all the time to describe something they simply don't like. they just don't leave proof of it, as in e-mails.
