My money is on Trigun. I’ve never liked Mephisto; he impresses me as someone who has to rely mostly on trickery and uses others to do his dirty work for him. But when someone who was tougher invaded his realm (the Beyonder), he proved to be a whining little crybaby.
Trigun has always impressed me as being defiant and stern, but not necessarily cruel. Even when he was trashing the Titans, I said, Ok, he’s big, red, has four eyes and horns, but he wasn’t disgusting, the way Mephisto is. I don’t know how to put it any better.

I have the perfect answer, its mephisto because these are his cool powers that are better than the enemy

Immortality
Can take possession of souls that are willingly offered
He can easily win in a heart beat!
