I know that post ovulation many women experience feelings of "deep pulling" behind their belly buttons, cramps from implantation, twinges near their uterus. My question is, are those symtpoms more difficult to detect on overweight women?

No, the amount of fat you have on your body does not affect what goes on in the uterus.

I have read that it IS more difficult, just like I have read that thinner women can feel their babies move earlier in a pregnancy than a heavier woman can.
