For me it was losing my younger brother 10 years ago, no physical pain I have ever experienced could ever compare to that.

In September I had a very simple routine knee surgery. I walked out of the hospital that day it was so minor. Over the next few days however, I started bleeding in the joint. I was not able to move my leg at all and anytime I moved any part of my body my leg hurt. I was rushed to the ER where they drained 100 cc's of blood and pus from my knee. Oddly enough at the same time there was a woman there having the same thing done and she told me she had three kids and THIS was the worst pain she had ever been in. I don't have kids so I can't say. Two days later it happened again. I hope I never ever ever have that happen to me again.

Labor pains..before they got that epidural going.
I have a feeling a lot of people are going to say Kidney Stones. Never had them, but have seen and heard about the pain they cause. I'm sure it's worse than labor and I don't want them!!!

Mentally? Too many different situations to name.
Physicaly? Induced labour was by far the most pain I have ever felt. I was screaming and screaming, I thought I was going to die.
I've also been very sick with a stomache flu where it feels like my insides are being pulled apart. That hurts.
OH! Try having sex while you have bacterial vaginosis. Feels like it's on fire down there, so painful.

If you mean physical pain, then giving birth is the most pain ever.

A punctured bowel requiring emergency surgery 1 week after minor surgery....recup over 6 months!
Having 2 kids naturally was so much easier!

I think the worst pain I've experienced thus far in my life was the pulled muscle in my abdomen after wrecking a car. You don't realize how much you really use those muscles until you injure one.

I had a screw in big right toe when I shattered it playing indoor soccer. Day after surgery was worst of my life, rehab was awful and 3x a week they bended it to make sure I didn't lose range of motion. I should get 10 pts for reliving the memory. :-(

A staph infection in my leg. It felt like craps and burning and someone pushing down on a bruise all in one.
