i paid for them and everything, but when I got home, I realized they were on there..what should I do? is there any chance they'll accuse me of shoplifting if I go back and ask them to take it off?

Just take the pants and your receipt back to the store; it happens all the time and they won't give you any problems.

Go back to the store, show them the receipt and explain to them your situation. They are not going to accuse you of shoplifting cause you have the receipt.

If you have the receipt then just take them back. I'm sure that you are not the first person that has happened to.

sometimes sales persons forget to take those things off.. it happens...if they are a good reputable stores..they will more than happy to take those things off..and be more apologetic specially if u have the receipt....some of them will even offer u a percentage off...for the inconvenient of having u come in to have them take it off..and if they make a stink about it i would ask to speck with the manager...usually it does not go that far...just take it back u'll be ok...and if u try to take them off ur self u might damage the garment..specially if they are the ink tags..they are design to explode on the garment if u tampered with them..

Go to the office, hand them the receipt and explain the situation. If you keep your head high, eyes unwavering, be polite, and tell the truth, I'm sure they'll believe you!

Take them back with the receipt. They will remove the sensor. Don't try to take it off yourself, it will tear the fabric.

take them back with the receipt and ask them to take the tag off. If you try to remove it yourself you could damage the pants.

As long as you have the receipt there's nothing to worry about. Just explain what happened.

this happened to me too.
just don't try to pull it off.
it gave the pair of pants i had bought a big red stain.
return to the store and go to customer service and ask if they can remove it or give you a refund.
