Cup because I mostly eat it at home and I never have cones. When I get it from an ice cream place, I always get the cone.

BOTH..WHATEVER FALLS OFF MY CONE GOES RIGHT INTO THE CUP AND I DONT LOSE ANY ICE CREAM.
