No, unfortunately I asked at Verizon. Their response was "you can change your number".

I work at verizon wireless and this is exactly what I would say. Its not just a mean rule. There really is not a way to block numbers in Verizons computer system. (If I knew away around it I would tell you)

Yes you can, call verizon or go to a verizon store near you. they can block a number for you, it will cost you a few dollars a month but the persons number will be unable to call you. this ownt help though if they try calling you from a different number or if they use a pay phone.
