i have a friend coming from Ghana Africa in June sometime and I would like to know what Airline he will use to get here

BA is probably a good one to Europe. Delta is also flying there.
I don't know where your friend is travelling so a bit hard. If flying elsewhere in Africa, either Kenyan Air or Ethiopian Air probaby have the best all-Africa options.
