It started on Saturday with a cough and I was really fighting the urge to cough constantly. Yesterday I coughed alot more (very productive) and had a runny nose. Today I am still coughing but when I do it hurts in my chest and back. My chest and back and neck are sore and I have a fever of 101.3 and I feel very strange and tired. I had Viral Meningitis in September and had a full recovery. It sort of feels like that felt.(Ican touch my chin to my chest and it just feels stretchy and sore) Does anyone have any ideas or anything similar?

The coughing is usually caused by sinus drainage, but it sounds like you have a virus and maybe a sinus infection. The best thing you can do for this is to rest a lot and drink plenty of liquids. If it persist for more than a week, see your Doctor.

Sweets, go to the doctor. You have an infection that needs treated. Don't go to work or school and "share" it with everyone else.
