Sea Blue in the MGM it is AWESOME, it is fine dining so pretty pricy but oh my GOODNESS is it ever worth it!! The best meal I have ever had and the service WOW!!

Simon at the Hard Rock and N9NE at the Palms are also pretty trendy.
