When u buy it u have to download it from apple.com. It has a little direction sheet to guide u through the process.

No, you download it from the Apple website. It's very simple. But as warning.
THERE HAS BEEN MANY PROBLEMS WITH ITUNES 7
Alot of people, inlcuding myself, have downloaded Itunes 7 and it caused a virus to leak into my new ipod causing it to completely breakdown and stop working. This doesnt happen to everyone, but just make sure you keep your reciept when you buy one.

The ipod comes with a disc that will give you itunes but it's better to just download it off the itunes site because you're going to need to do it anyway if you want the most updated version.

You have to dowload it from the site.First you click on the huge picture on the site ,then it brings you to homepage,look at the top taskbar of the site and click on where it says iPod+iTunes,when your there look at the taskbar again and look at the taskbar under it and click download,now download and enjoy.If you have questions on how to put a song onto your iPod,IM me anytime or leave me mail.

When you buy your iPod there will be a little intruction booklet and it will tell the exact website to go to, to download iTunes!

You can do either one. You can download iTunes right now free at http://www.itunes.com but why would you want to do that?
Goto http://www.zune.net and get Zune marketplace for free. Zune is much better and you get unliimited downloads for only $15 per month (the price of a CD). iTunes requires you to buy every song (99 cents)

it is easy you go to itunes and download the program and then you can go to www.limewire.com and download songs for free and when you go to listen them they will download right to you itunes library. hope that this helps
