No sweetie try not to be upset, cause we all different in our ways. Yes it sounds offensive to you but his probably one of those man that's trying to see which is better for him, his only using his past before and because of this you must know that if he doesn't care he will not tell you what he feels. This can help you by asking him what he wants in bed so it can improve and also tell him what you want from him. This are part of life when it comes to a relationship. Don't get offended even though it hurt your feelings.

I think this was a tactless comment and not though through.
In any new relationship it takes time to know exactly what the other person enjoys etc,we are all different after all.
Maybe you should ask what was so good with the other person-then you would know what your partner really enjoys.
There is far more to a good relationship than great sex.But if you can work on improving together you may find you have a future with this person

Well the future could be different, but that was a totally dumb and rude thing for someone to say. You could counter it by suggesting they are much smaller in size then you are normally accustomed to and see how they feel.
I would also suggest to that person that if they want to continue the relationship they should not bring up or compare you to past relationships, inside the bedroom or out.

I'd be hurt that a person, who supposedly loves you, would say such a thing. If they truly loved you, they would never have even told you about their disappointment. If anything they would have tried to make things better not worse by saying spiteful words.
I would question this relationship and wonder if other things you do, may not be up to their standards. This in itself would make me want to get out and seek someone better.
The decision is yours, you can either spice it up or find someone who is more respectful and kind.

You need to find someone who can show you some respect. Love and respect do not come hand in hand, and even though I cannot understand saying such a thing about someone you claim to love, the basic rules of respect indicate that this is no way to talk about a person.

Good God! No future there. Move on. This person has absolutely no concern for your feelings. Who would want to be with someone like that?

If your partner told you about his sex life with another woman, AND compared you to her, I would seriously assess the gratification you are receiving from this relationship.
I would not want to be compared to another woman. In bed, in the kitchen, by my career, my looks, or anything else.
Don't be held a prisoner to this. Dump him and find a BETTER guy that accepts you for being you.

I’d be very pissed if someone I was having a sexual relationship with told me that sex with someone else was better. In fact, I’d probably be pissed enough to tell them to go back to that person, because that was the end of their sex with me.
BUT, if they merely told me that our sex wasn’t as good as it could be (it’s all in how you word it!), that wouldn’t upset me. If you’re not happy with your sex life/not getting what you need from it, then that needs to be addressed.

I don't know about you, but I would surely be upset. That is hurtful to hear, and if he loved you he wouldn't have said that. Also if he loved you, he would try to make the sex better.

You should find someone that will at least show you the respect to not say that to you.
Dump them now, find someone that will consider your feelings as well as your body.
