First of all, Ask Allah for money and success.
Go to local newspaper website. Find Classifieds for Garage, Estate and moving sales in your area ( Fri and Sat morning ).
Go to maps.google.com and make a map for places to go.
Find some good deals and don't forget to bargain ( however, be carefull about things you don't know their market value ).
Sell what you have on ebay and amazon.com
