It means you're 13 and have skipped a period. It means absolutely nothing.
If you've not been having periods for very long...or even if you have....some women skip their cycles occasionally. There's nothing wrong with it. It might have been caused by stress, recent illness, or for no other reason than because you ate cottage cheese on the full moon last month. Sometimes women just skip.
If there's no consideration for the possibility of pregnancy, then don't sweat it.

I know stress can cause a mix up with your body. You can miss periods or get them late from stress. Also exersize can change your body. Anything new that you put into your body can cause you to miss periods. It is more common for your age to have missed periods than that of an older woman.
There are also some other disorders that cause you to miss periods. Sometimes ovarian cysts and cause you to miss. My sister also has a disorder that she doesnt ovulate like a normal women would which she misses periods or gets them that lasts for weeks instead of days.
If you are really concerend ask your doctor or gynecologist.

It means you are a 'normal' 13 year old! Anxiety, sports, diet...a lot of things affect a female's menstrual cycle. As long as you stay a 'good girl', do not worry about having a monthly cycle. Assuming you are healthy in all other areas, irregularity might be the norm for a few more years. Good luck and God bless.

Well, if you haven't had sex then you can rule out being pregnant. But 13, is an age where sometimes you'll have your period and sometimes you won't...because your body is still adjusting to the change. There could be other reasons why it hasn't come--like stress, or weight loss..

It just means you skipped your period. It's normal. You will probably skip one every now and then. Particularly at this age. If you're not having sex, you don't have too much to worry about. If you are really worried about it, talk to mom. she's probably been though it before too.

Sometimes if a female is physically active, sports, gymnastics, stuff like that, their cycle can be thrown out of wack. If you're still a virgin, I wouldn't worry to much about it, but if you are, you can always go see your Doctor.

talk to your mom. if you have never had sex nothing to worry about. young girls tend to be irregular for the first few years of their period if this continues for longer than 2 months see the doctor it could be a bigger problem

Women do not have to have a period every month. It depends on your body weight, body fat content, activity, hormones. One month is not a problem, you might want to speak to your doctor if it continues.
