First of all, ask this question is the Turkish section.
Second, if you know the city he lives, you can search in the telephone directory of the city.
An other idea, is to put an ad in some Turkish newspaper with a relevant section.
Why have you started looking for this person? I mean, if you have common acquaintances, why don't you try to find him through these persons?

If it is urgent and important, then you ask the cost to put an ad in the news on the TV?????

Good luck!

I see very rude remarks from the Greeks , especially the Greeks who answer questions on the Turkey section who claim to have a peace loving attitude.

Anyway , the name mentioned is not a Turkish name , probably it an arabic name because we dont have 4 names in one row .

By posting your question under "Greece", it is rather difficult to find a person in Turkey.....

Better address to a Turkish newspaper for this search.

In the event that history is unbeknownst to you,as it appears, let me inform you that not since 1833 AD has Greece been part of the Ottoman Empire.
