well i need to get my car started but the igniton swich is bad in it so i need to find someway to get it started. so how do you hot wire it?

actually it isn't my car i would never drive a peice of junk like that its my brothers car its a buick lesabre custom and i think its 1991 or 92

It depends on your year and make. Older the car the easier it is. The simplest way (if your make model allows this) is to place a wire from the + positive terminal on the battery to starter ignition wire.

Wear electrician's gloves when working with a cars electrical system and make sure to have a buddy close by.

you get the wires and then connect them... if that doesn't work, then go rent ferris bueller's day off or savannah smiles. you'll get a demonstration on hot wiring cars and you'll get to enjoy 2 great movies. don't forget the popcorn.

on most older cars, you can break the collumn and pull the ignition pin onthe left side of the column
