It shouldn't be harmful unless she feels discomfort or has pain due to tenderness over her feminine reasons.
But shaking real healthy breasts should be okay.

well . .. i suppose it depends on how developed those breasts are! .. i do know that horseback riding without a good support bra can be quite painful for the breasts and that would be pretty similar to the shaking motion you're describing. it could cause stretch marks, sagging and pain .. if you're trying to make your breasts grow - i would suggest waiting! believe me the day may arrive you wish they were small, firm and perky again! lol ..
stop shaking your boobs! you really could hurt yourself.

well, if you don't know her she will beat the **** out of you.. if she is your girlfriend, well, she'll probably just look at you and think {why is he shaking my breasts as if he were in turbulence on an airplane??}...otherwise, nothing should happen to the breasts themselves.. except that they would be bouncing tremendously depending on how big the breasts were...good luck with that..

This causes bruising and furthermore it is painful. Why would you think of such a thing? Breast were provided to women by God to feed infants.
