Pardon the teacher for a minute but "gonna" is not a word....
A virgin is someone who has chosen to not have sex. Plain and simple. There is no other definition of virginity. Her choice to stay a virgin depends on weather or no she has sex.
If you are talking about the rupture of the hymen (thin membrane in the vagina, that is different. That CAN be ruptured by physical activity. But that does NOT mean that you are no longer a virgin.

you stay a virgin until you have sex........plain & simple as that. A girl can accidentally tear her hymen at any point before that doing something as simple as bike or horse riding, gymnastics, etc. but she's still a virgin until she actually has sex. It is completely possible for an intact hymen to still stay intact after having sex too...it can just stretch sometimes. That doesn't mean a girl is still a virgin though. Once you have sex you're not one anymore. I had a friend whose hymen didnt end up tearing when she lost her virginity. It didnt tear until she was with another guy at another time.

Exercising has NO effect on a girl's virginity. Stretching your legs has no part of it whatsoever.
The only thing that takes a girl's virginity away is sexual contact with a man.

You have to have sex in order to not be a virgin anymore. If you are talking about losing the hymen then it could break during vigorous exercise, but that is not an indication of virginity. Many girls have their hymens break before they are sexually active.

As long as nothing penetrates the hymen, your virginity will stay intact. The hymen is a very elastic tissue that will not be endangered by any type of activity. Good luck and God bless

What physically makes a girl a virgin is if the hymen is broken or torn. So if stretching her legs caused her hymen to break then physically shes not a virgin. But you have to have intercourse to technically not be a virgin.

Yes. Only sexual intercourse makes you lose your virginity. Tearing your hymen is normal for women and has nothing to do with virginity.
