No its not safe the two turtles will prob. attack and kill the smaller turtle.

You answer your own Q. "They are two red eared sliders who are very aggressive". RES are aggressive, and should only be kept alone and with fish for eating. My RES attacked my western painted and now they are in separate tanks.

If you dont care about the health and life of the little turtle, fine. If you would like to keep the turtle alive, put it in a 20gal tank for now until it gets older and larger. Gradually move it up in tank size until it gets large enough to live with the other turts. Be careful tho, turts like to bite eachother and take chunks out!

Onl;y if there is enough territory for all of them. Figure about 10 gallons of water space fro every inch of shell length, so if you have 2 4" turtles and a 1" turtle, you need about 90 gallons of water so each has enough personal space.

Without enough personal space, turtles become very aggressive and stressed.

they might get along, but for the turtles sake i wouldn't just incase. especially if they are aggressive.

i say if the other two are agressive and attack other species then no dont do it...but if they are known not to literally attack other species then go for it and just keep an eye on it....
