Ok I wasn't specific enough with the first draft of my question. Just for clarification, I plan o npursuing a dual master's degree in Nutriton and Exercise Science at San Diego Sate. it is 48 units long and I think thier school year goes by the semester.

This would be about two years in a semester system, assuming 4 classes (3 units each) per semester (yes, I know most students take 5 at the undergraduate level, but these are graduate courses).

It depends on the program and how many credits per semester you take. I did one of my Master's degrees in 1 year and another one in 3 years.
