Is it hard for men to just be honest when they r in love . Why can't they just admit the feelings inside are bigger than them?

My take would be they drink because they aren't with the one they really love.

yeah you can drink the pain away , but (yes there is a but) it will only be temporary and after the booze wears off the pain will still be there but (another but) it will be even worse cause not only will you still have her on your mind , you will have one hell of a hangover.
