Yes, a Bachelor in Pharmacy would be a degree course (there may also be a Master's degree course or a Bachelor in something else, so it is a broader term, but this is an example of a degree course).

A degree course is a course of study for your degree or the path in which you take to obtain a Bachelors or any other type of degree. So they are not the same.
