If it were for me (I'm uncircumcised) it would involve just 'pumping/sliding' the foreskin up and down; since it rubs the head and is lubricated on the inside already; it's really simple. If he's cut the procedure is the same; the strokes are just a little shorter and a lubricant may help make it easier, especially on your first try.

I thought I already gave you a good way to do it.

Just ask him what he wants. Everyone is different in how they do it themselves.
