If you go to the site below, you can leave a message and the host of the website is pretty good about getting back to you. The condition of the bill is important too, so if it's not too badly worn, put it up so it won't get damaged. I think some people may be willing to pay more than $1 to own it. My gut feeling for it, considering that it's a fairly new bill, etc. is maybe as much as $10-$15 at most, but I'm not an expert so maybe more, maybe less.
There's also wheresgeorge.com where you can enter any bill and track it's movement across the US (if you so chose). They will tell you the occurrence of such rare serial numbers.

it truly is truly worth $40 8! do no longer pay attention to something of those those that say basically a dollar. look, the government basically prints approximately 3 of those with that serial huge type anomaly a 300 and sixty 5 days! deliver me that dollar, and that i will pay you $40 8!

Yes, I would be interested in purchasing it. It is worth quite a bit more than what you have been offered to this point.
I would certainly want to see a photo of the note, first, though.
