Yes, I have taken people to small claims court over my stolen car. I never find that going to any kind of court exciting.

Yep I got a loan and gave half to my ex-friend she wouldnt pay any back and was being dead bitchy about it so i took her to small claims court and i won my money plus interest and court expenses but have still never received a penny of it but it was a lot of fun i had witnesses and everything I felt like Ally McBeal lol

I had to sue one of my tenants. She didn't pay me rent, left the place a mess, and then tried to put the case through mediation. I collected $1,000.00 out of $1,800.00. The Judge awarded me the verdict, because I told her she would skate.

actually i did, a father bought my car for his son. then they stopped paying me. judgement was in my favor for a whole 75.00 a month until payed off. they owed me 1,200.00 yet. the original agreement was 300.00 a month with no interest. i got screwed but i guess it was better than zip a month. lol

yes, i bought a house and the pool was dirty, the heating didn't work and the roof leaked.
We won on everything except the roof!
