Better title and better pay, but as it turned out, I regretted the decision. Co-workers were not as nice and overall corporate culture was worse at the new job.

I did, I left because i had gotten a second job colser to home where the pay was better and one of the assistant managers was feeding me lies about how i was going to be forced to leave or quit the second job. I have since discovered that she was lying, I loved that job even though the pay wasn't great and I am going back soon :-)

Better title and more money. But 1.5 years afterwords I regretted it.
If I had it to do over again, I would stay where I was.
