absolutely!!! Everyone's sex drive is different...for example mine is much greater than my husband's. Masturbation is a perfectly natural thing, and a great way to relieve stress. In addition, no matter how amazing your guy may be in the sack, sometimes it might not happen for you (normal) and you're left to ...finish the job(?)
So in this aspect, you're fine.

About the women thing...a woman's body is viewed by all as a much sexier thing than a man's... This coupled by the fact that sexy women is much of all you see in advertisements and on tv... so it's normal to view the "sexy" image while being sexual.
This doesn't make you gay, it makes you "normal" (whatever normal is, that is.)

Before, during, and after: it's all quite normal, including the fantasies. Human sexuality isn't a "black-and-white" thing that some people would like it to be. Whether they are willing to admit it or not, people are rarely 100% gay or 100% straight, and even a "bi-sexual" person will often have a greater preference for either the same or for the opposite sex.

Sexuality isn't set in stone, either; people can and sometimes do change over time. This should not be cause for alarm, though. Healthy sexuality includes knowing yourself and accepting yourself for who you are, and for many people that includes knowing how to give themselves pleasure.

It's not at all out of the ordinary to fantasize about something that you would never be comfortable doing in reality. Unless you're spending so much time with yourself that you're neglecting your partner or other important matters of your life, there's really no need for concern, so let yourself go and enjoy it. As long as no one is being harmed, then what's the harm?

That's my advice as a non-professional--but do seek professional help if this is something that's really getting you down.

I have the same problem. I'm married and when I masturbate I think of females too, but I'm a guy..ha ha ha

Sure it's normal. Better to keep your fantasies in you head instead of living them out and loosing you marriage.

And let's face it. Masturbation is all about a sexual release. So once that achieved your satisfied. A lot better than have the worry and consequences that go along with cheating

I would think it is completely normal, at least as long as it isn't interfering with your sexual relationship with your husband.

And I wouldn't worry about fantasizing about women. It is just that a fantasy, something that gets your fire going but something you might not ever necessarily try.

If you are still feeling odd or guilty talk with your husband. I would venture to guess he has masturbated once or twice *at least* since you two have been married.

Good luck to you.

Perfectly normal. You need the book My Secret Garden, it is a revealing insight to female sexual fantasies and will help to assure you that you are just fine. If you have overwhelming guilt- talk to hubby- guys are a lot more receptive to sexual spice than you may realize. If he is willing then explore and talk. You will shed your guilt and have a deeper sexual relationship.

just so you know he still masterbates(guys can't stop). We all (men and women) have fantasy thoughts when having sex.

The guilt is the only thing wrong here. there is no need for it.

Been there done that got the g-string

Completely normal, and as far as your marriage goes probably the most healthy way to give some of those fantasies and dreams an outlet.

Talk about it with your spouse too. In some ways masturbation is the most personal intimate activity and sharing it together can be exhilerating.

(and for those who are going 'yuck' you really need to open your minds a bit).

Yes it is normal but usually in marriage your spouse is the one to pleasure you, but of course they may not be in the mood when you are so sometimes you must take control of
the situation. Thinking of women though HMMM? I would say that a little strange maybe consider talking to a therapist about this?

Married people masturbate. Just because you fantasize about another woman does not make you a lesbian. If so, I'm one.

It's very normal to masturbate all your life...married or not. Fantasy is also normal, so don't sweat the "thinking of women" thing as unusual.
