I am eager to find volunteer telented people, willing to teach/learn acting skills while creating an experimental acting team. They must be natural, able to read, write, memorize, and improvise. They will also need to have very creative mind to write or contribute to a play, and not willing to request a payment until a team is officially set and operating as an organization. This sounds more like a job offer, but it is just an outreach to those with the same American Dream as mine. If you may have the same sentiments, and view of a possible success, you may plan to further the contact.

Try ads in the local arts papers and other free weeklies. Also, audition for other plays and network with other actors you meet and work with. Word of mouth is one of the best way to promote this. You can go to a local college that has a drama department and get permission to post a flier. Then you can always post on Craig's List Gigs-Talent for your area. Many actors use it to find auditions. Good Luck - It is great idea and a wonderful way to work your craft.

Your geographic location and your resources including your own experience have a lot to do with what avenues are available to you.

You can post ads in craigslist and cinefuse as well as several other "casting" sites like nowcasting.com and casting.com
