Started in 1976 dated her on and off for 8 years, Married for 7 years before having kids. Oldest is 16 now and still can't get enough of her smile, her hair, her smell, or of her bod. I know it isn't supposed to be that way. No one I know(guys and gals) has related anything similar. Weirdest part is she hooked me the day we met. It is so story book but we have arguments, totally disagree politically and complete each other sentences. There is a God in heaven is my only explanation.
We ought to be in Ripley's Believe it or Not???

I've never left her, we just aren't still together.. You never leave true love no matter what order she came in...
Together 6 years.. apart 22 years now.. ran into her a year ago, talked, laughed, and remembered and the feelings never left either one of us, but our lives went in different directions and it's ok.. the memory will always be enough...
Sounds like a song that will never be made..

I meat him when I was 16 years old and I'm 25 years old. We have been married for 7 years and have a four year old. It's hard work but I still love him. He is my best friend. Just remember it's hard but if you love him/her you can make anything work. But they have to love you back.

My answer is no. People grow and change so much over the years that remaining with your first love seems almost impossible...

No. I was supposed to marry him, but things didn't work out. We are still really good friends, and instead I am married to my second love.
