Here's a web site that talks about bedbugs and their control. What is most interesting is the warning not to broadcast any control, but put it only in the bedbug's hiding places. First step though is complete and total cleaning, vacuuming all the crevices they can hide both on the mattress but also around the bedroom.

Go the walmart to get some bug spray, or hire a exterminator.
I have problems with Spiders. I live around the woods.
