We already have it today as you mentioned abortion, what is weird is in self defense you can get a man slaughter charge. This country is all F ed up.

Unborn fetuses do not think, see, hear, or breath. They have not had any notion of life on earth. They wouldn't know how it is to be on Earth so they wouldn't know the difference. They are living of another human being and cannot survive on their own. They are not independent functioning organisms until birth. They are like a seed, not really alive. It is entirely not related to murder. And why do you think that the government should control what we do with our bodies? I think that women should have the choice what goes on in their body, no Dubya. I don't think that MURDER of a living breathing human is right because that would be taking away a life that is being lived.

I do not agree with the premise of your question. You are equating abortion with murder.
As horrible as this sounds, before someone is murdered, they are a viable living human being. A fetus is not viable by itself before an abortion.
For those who do not agree, how far back should we place viability?
Is all sperm viable since under the right conditions it can become viable human life?
Are eggs that are thrown away/flushed down a toilet every month viable?
How about eggs that are fertilized by sperm, but never implant in themselves in the uterus because of the actual timing of the fertilization?
Thanks you for trying to over simplify a complex issue.
