I keep mine on 70 degrees year-round.....and if anybody touches it, they draw back a bloody stump!

you MUST live in Texas..or somewhere south. We do the same thing. we moved from south texas and kept it at 70 and moved to north texas (dfw area) and tried to do the same but froze our rears off. so now we keep it at 72, lol!

lol on the bloody stump...my husband says that and says that the person who draws back the stump will be called Stumpy from now on. or he will say, you can walk over there to touch it but you are gonna limp back. good times!

I wish I could but I don't have one. I live in an apartment where the super controls the heat. I live on the top floor and it's always 80 or more in here in the winter. I HATE it. I have to keep the windows open and that doesn't even help much. For some reason it gets in the 90's in my bedroom and I need a fan during the winter. I can't turn the radiator off because it leaks all over the floor. I refuse to turn on my air conditioner in January.

No. In the winter, I keep it on 70 during the day and 60 when I go to bed at night.
During the summer I use my air conditioner on energy saver at 60 degrees. I only have central heat.
