Ask them to test your beta quant hcg levels every 2 days and your progesterone levels as well. Maybe the Dr can give you some progesterone pills if it is low to help hold the pregnancy. I had that with my 1st child. Did they ever test to see why you were mc'ing? I had 2 also. One was a so called blight ovum and the other was due to a chromosome disorder called Turner's syndrome. I pray that things work out for you and that this one will go strong. Good luck.

I had a misscarriage, wasn't far enough along for a d&c, my dr just monitored my hcg levels every other day to make sure they were going down. When they reached zero everything was back to normal. If you are pregnant again I would ask them to check my progesterone. The dr. told me my progresterone was low and this could have contributred to my miscarriage. Also remember some miscarriages can't be prevented. Sometimes things don't develope as planned and this is your body's way of fixing things.

If you are pregnant again, then you are at very high risk for another miscarriage. You are supposed to wait 3 months after having a miscarriage before you start trying again. If 4 weeks later you are testing positive, that means you got pregnant immediately after the D&C. They can monitor you all they want, but they really can not prevent a miscarriage from occuring again. You should hope that you are not pregnant, and wait a couple of more months.

I just had a miscarriage on the 30th of march and asked my doctor when I can try again he advised me to wait for at least 2 but preferebly 4 months because after a miscarriage your uturus is not strong enough for anther baby and will cause another miscarriage hope that you are not pregnant I know how bad you may want a baby again after a miscarriage but I dont think that you want to feel that pain again of another miscarriage.
