I have exercised my whole life and am a good weight and have the same problem with Cellulite. I have only tried one cream... To be honest, I always thought they were a hoax. I really like the Mary Kay Cellu-Shape Contouring system. I actually only tried it because I sell Mary Kay and don't believe in selling anything that I haven't tried and used. Well, I have been very impressed with the results. I also use on my lower stomache to lessen stretch marks. If you check out my website, you can read the scientific info behind this product. Or email me, and I can send you info. The great thing is that I have used the same bottles since November and they are only just past half empty. Pretty good, I think. The product is guaranteed, too!

theres no way to get rid of it all the way but you can make it less noticeable. cellulite is when the tissue that connects your skin to the muscles and other parts is thinner than normal. so the more fat that is between the two the more it shows. exercise is always the best way to get rid of it the creams make it less noticeable but you have to keep using it or it will come back just as bad. also birth control such as the pill or patch can make cellulite worse also. good luck!

Mary Kay just came out with a great cellu-shape system that really works and makes your skin feel great.
As far as exercise would remind Curves I love it only 30 minutes a day and it tones and strengthens.

Use a combination of Jazzercise and body sculpting. This means at least 6 or 7 hours of heavy exercise each week.
