Oh, just boxers as long as they are some dark color and don't have some sort of silly pattern on them. Boxer briefs are ok too. One of my ex boyfriends used to wear these HORRIBLE men's nylon bikini briefs in animal print patterns with all different tacky colors. He wore them to be funny and it did make me laugh BUT, he's been wearing them for over 10 years so I'm not really sure how much of a 'joke' it really is...I think he feels 'sexy' in them.

it is your individual decision! women don't have lots say in it! in case you prefer to jazz up your briefs, get Jockeys in diverse colours. An extra plus is they are particularly sturdy and the elastic does not warp in the laundry, as long as you dry them on low warmth.
