The electronegativities are not the same . there is a little difference between calcium and strontium (see my link)

they have almost SAME electro negativity because thier atomic masses are almost same and "effective nuclear" charge is increasing but so is shielding effect which cancels it
and its almost same
but ca is lil bit more electro negative
