yep, because we cannot possibly see things from every different point of view nor notice all the flaws we make so we need others to help us out

Sure I think it does...never hurts to have an objective view of things or help in seeing all aspects of a situation...Even the negative can be useful information once its accepted..=)

If it is positive it helps even if it hurts, if it is supposed to be positive but it isn't and the main idea is just to hurt without meaning to get you to improve, then it doesn't help.
