Always both(in fact we cook two whole hams and two turkeys and all the fixings with it and don't forget the dessert)....we are all big eaters in my house, including the women. But, no-one is fat we are all athletic and have our own thing going on. My youngest son is 5'10, 210 pounds, and is a16 years old in high school sports(football, basketball and so on). Can you see the rest of us.. no way 1 ham OR 1 turkey with this family.

Ham. Always had ham for Easter as a kid and I'm keeping the tradition for my children.

Easter Sunday was yesterday.
We had Mee Rebus (Boiled Noodles).
****************************************************
I posted the above a few hours ago and now realise that yesterday was Palm Sunday. With Easter 6 days away we have not planned so far ahead, but definitely not ham or turkey. Perhaps wan-tan mee or roti prata.

It will just be my husband and I because our son recently moved out of state and our daughter and her family will be going to his folks for dinner after the Easter egg hunt at our house. We are having a roast chicken in the toaster oven. It is SO good!!!
