I am looking for a specific inflatable bunny, we had them as kids (we lost ours last year) and would like to buy one for this Easter if possible. It's about 2 feet tall (including ears), pink with white ears/mouth are/inside of hands and feet, and has a carrot attached to it's hand. There is a picture of it in my profile. Has anyone seen anything similar in stores lately?

I have not seen these in the stores in years. Though, you may want to try dollar stores. They sometimes have stuff you can't always get in other stores (like those 'beehive' citronella candles.)
I know this won't help for this year, but you could try eBay or yard sales. You could probably find one in time for next Easter.

walmart...i have seen them recently while going in the easter aisle and shopping for goodies for my daughter's easter basket
