Most Certainly. Why? There are plenty of people within the United States(my) goverment who should be brought to justice for their crimes in these difficult times, but Bush has been the public voice of it all. The FACTS: He has openly lied to the U.S. public about intelligence reports, withdrawn from various international treaties to suite his political agenda, told the american public to turn a blind eye to blatent invasion of privacy by the NSA, allowed the Iraqi civilian death toll to reach 655,000 (a sure crime against humanity), and has engaged in a war using tactics which cannot win it( Are there still any former generals still alive from WWII). Any seasoned tactician will tell you that no matter how big and well equiped your army is, an organized military force cannot win against guerilla warfare tactics (they cannot be seen, they get stronger by using our own resources against us, we would better to have the CIA fight the entire war on terror then our military branches). His presidential actions are not only illegal but spit in the face of everyone who has died in the name of freedom. Face it fellow americans, the second you granted him emergency war powers without actually having a formal enemy to declare it we were screwed. Removing Bush from power and bringing him up on charges would show the world that the level headed people are starting to make the decisions again. I say this as a patriot ( A defender of freedom, justice, and human equality), as someone who has followed this global conflict not only from the 9/11 start but also researched its roots to when the CIA employed Al-Qaeda against the Soviets in Afghanistan. Still, Bush is nothing but a puppet, and why should the puppet be punished when the puppet master goes free. Just remember the american spirit, that which has withstood the test of time( at least a couple hundred years). Even when the ethical and moral action seems to be a shot in the foot, do it. It is those who walk the high path that will stick around and reap the real rewards. Justice. Reason. Freedom. The Fight Which Will Never End nor never be lost.

When it comes to all the deaths and injuries he should be put on trial not a military trial one that has one person present from each family that has lost a family member in this war that
the US should have never gotten involved in!

NO, Pelosi and Reid should be tried for treason because they attack our service members and take away funding by putting it in a format that will never be accepted. As usual the liberals lack the guts to make a stand but try and hide Behind a smoke screen.
