If it's not a physical wrong, then as many times as it takes til they get the message that no matter what they do to you, you will forgive them. Remember the Lord's Prayer..."forgive those that trespass against us". YOU are the better person to forgive. Human kindness will always win out!

Peter asked Jesus this, too. Jewish law stated that one should forgive someone for the same wrong as many as three times. So Peter "upped the ante" by asking, "up to 7 times?"
