A) A black hole and absolute zero are incompatible, or rather contradictory states. All black holes actually radiate an amount of energy/particles inversely proportional to their mass due to quantum uncertainty (I think Hawking proved this- look up "Hawking Radiation").

B) Any mass falling into a black hole will radiate energy as it's gravitational potential is partially converted to heat, which, again, is incompatible with maintaining an absolute zero environment.

Nothing can be at absolute zero. There would be no way to detect a vortex (which probably doesn't exist) on the event horizon. It's the point of no return and nothing escapes. Seems like you've been watching too much sci-fi stuff.
