Im going to Tallahassee, Florida soon and I was wondering if there was anything fun to do other than farming. Which I do not find very FUN. I am a city girl (which is Miami)

Tallahassee is a very charming southern town. It will feel like the old south (quite a contrast from Miami). About 2 hours away is St George Island State Park, which has a wonderful beach. To the north is the quaint town of Thomasville, Georgia. Tallhassee has some pretty scenery. There are actually rolling hills in the area--also quite a contrast from Miami. People are for the most part very nice and polite (still has a wonderful southern charm to it). Tallahassee has some crime, but much less than Miami. Also, cooler temperatures (not blazing heat and humidity year-round). Try to enjoy the culture and history of Tallhassee--don't look at it as a party town or hot spot for night life.

You could stand there and wish you were in Gainesville instead. That's what most people do in Tallahassee.
