bloodsugarsexmajik is definately in my top ten for the past 20 years. 1999 is over 20 years old, so it doesn't count. Lots of great albums came out in 1984 (including Van Halen's 1984), but again, too old. Living Colour's Time's Up and Jane's Addiction's Ritual de lo Habitual are both on my list, as are Sex Packets, by Digital Underground, and 3 years, 5 months, and 2 days in the life of..., by Arrested Development.

I'm gonna say it's a tie between The Real Thing by Faith No More, and Metallica's black album.

Blood sugar is great...in my top 10 ever for sure. I think Rage Against the Machines's 1st album is the best of the last 20 years though.

I think blood sugar sex magic is awesome too, but so is stadium arcadium and 20 years is just too much music to only have one favorite...too long.

Way too restrictive for me. I'd have to go with genre's-can't restrict myself to one album.
However, I agree, "Blood..." and "Appetite" are great albums.
