i have a bag of coins, some are coins from the millenium, some go back as far as the 1920's.. there are shillings and a 1920's penny etc... and some sort of dublin 50p from 1988?? have these any value, are they worth while holding onto....

will they make me into a millionaire someday (i wish) ha ha!!!

wont make you into a millionaire but your older coins could be of a small value why not just take them to your nearest antique dealer and ask them if theyre worth anything

With the assortment of coins you have, it leads me to believe you live in the UK. The coins from the 1920's should have some collector value and maybe some of the others. It would not hurt to see a coin dealer or two and have them look at them. Never take coins to an antique dealer.

with a bit of luck it is yet its very difficult to work out something for specific in those photographs attempt getting the coin valued via an authority? have a seem on google for one close to you thats a stable discover in spite of the undeniable fact that mate, properly completed

i dont know anything about coin but once my friend brought in a shilling and gave as a gift to my history teacher, and the history teacher said "thanks a lot they are worth £5 each" so you could make some money out of them.

Tell you what, if, in that collection, you have a coin with Edward 8th as king, hang on to it, becuase I think you would suddenly become a very rich person indeed!

if you want to hang onto them, first don't keep them together in a bag as they rub together wrap them individually in tissue paper... they're probably not worth a great deal but fun to look at...
